• Custom AI agent design, development, and deployment
• Integration of AI systems with client tools and workflows
• Ongoing AI system maintenance, optimization, and support retainers
• Training and documentation for client teams

The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of any engagement are defined in a separate Services Agreement or Statement of Work executed between BAM AI and the client.

3. Engagement Terms

All professional services engagements are subject to:

• A signed Services Agreement or Statement of Work defining scope and deliverables
• Agreed payment schedules and milestone-based billing terms
• Confidentiality obligations protecting both parties' proprietary information
• Intellectual property terms as specified in the engagement agreement

4. Intellectual Property

Client-Owned Deliverables: Unless otherwise specified in the Services Agreement, all custom AI agents, code, and systems built for a client are owned by the client upon full payment. BAM AI retains no rights to deploy or resell client-specific systems.

BAM AI IP: Our internal methodologies, frameworks, tools, and general-purpose components remain the intellectual property of BAM AI. These may be used in client engagements but are not transferred as part of any deliverable.

Website Content: All content on this website, including design, copy, and branding, is the property of BAM AI and may not be reproduced without permission.

5. Confidentiality

BAM AI treats all client business information, operational data, and proprietary processes as strictly confidential. We do not disclose client information to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to deliver agreed services, and only under appropriate confidentiality protections. Specific confidentiality terms are defined in each Services Agreement.

6. Payment Terms

• Payment schedules are defined in the applicable Services Agreement
• Invoices are due within the timeframe specified in each agreement
• Late payments may result in work pauses or engagement termination
• Refund eligibility is addressed in individual Services Agreements

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BAM AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

BAM AI's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

WHILE BAM AI STRIVES TO DELIVER HIGH-QUALITY AI SYSTEMS, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI SYSTEMS MAY PRODUCE UNEXPECTED OUTPUTS AND ARE SUBJECT TO THE LIMITATIONS OF THE UNDERLYING AI TECHNOLOGIES USED.

9. Acceptable Use of Our Website

When visiting our website, you agree NOT to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or infrastructure
• Use automated bots or scrapers without permission
• Submit false or misleading information through our contact forms
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or degrades website performance

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a services engagement as specified in the applicable Services Agreement. BAM AI reserves the right to terminate website access or refuse service to anyone for conduct that violates these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be addressed as specified in the applicable Services Agreement.
